Who is responsible for your data

We provide personalised interview simulation and preparation for experienced professionals. For data protection purposes, the data controller is:

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send and what is needed to prepare and run your session. Depending on how you interact with us, that may include:

  • Contact details, such as your name and email address.
  • Booking details, such as your chosen session, date and time.
  • Preparation materials, which you enter when you book, such as your CV, LinkedIn profile, target role, job description, company, interview stage, and any notes, so the session can be personalised.
  • Payment information, processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
  • Consent records, such as your agreement to this notice where a checkbox is required.
  • Free guide sign-ups: your first name and email address when you request our free guide, together with a record of your agreement to receive our hiring tips by email.

Why we collect it, and the legal basis

  • To prepare and deliver your session and send your written feedback. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • To communicate with you about your booking, including reminders if you started a booking or payment but did not complete it. Legal basis: legitimate interest in completing a service you began.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations, such as keeping records of payments. Legal basis: legal obligation.
  • To send optional updates or marketing, only if you have given consent. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To send you our free guide and, in exchange, occasional hiring tips by email. You agree to both when you click "Get the guide + join the tips list". Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting the privacy email above or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Who we share it with

We use trusted third parties to run the service. They process your data on our behalf:

  • Google for booking and the session. When you book, your details, including the preparation materials you enter, are collected and stored through Google (Google Calendar and, where used, Google Forms). The session takes place over Google Meet.
  • Stripe for payment processing. Your payment details go directly to Stripe.
  • Notion for keeping our records of session requests and free guide sign-ups.
  • Netlify for hosting this website and processing its forms.

Each provider handles your data under its own privacy policy.

International transfers

Some of these providers, such as Google, Stripe, Notion and Netlify, may store or process data outside the European Union, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the safeguards those providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Preparation materials, such as your CV, are kept only as long as needed to run your session and provide feedback, and are then deleted within 3 months.
  • Booking and payment records are kept as long as needed for the service and to meet legal and accounting requirements.
  • Free guide sign-ups are kept until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete them.
  • You can ask me to delete your data at any time, where the law allows.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can also withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us at the privacy email above.

This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

We may update this page when our practices or tools change. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do.
